The Satellite III is
Oval Window Audio's most popular induction loop system for large facilities such
as houses of worship and auditoriums. With its 300-foot loop wire, it's easy to
set up. Simply plug it into your existing public address (PA) system. Now your
facility is easily accessible to the hearing impaired and hard of hearing
population.
Compatible with all telecoil-equipped hearing aids and cochlear implants, each Satellite III induction loop system improves speech intelligibility for up to 300 people. An Induction Loop Receiver is included for monitoring the system's performance. Low-cost Induction Receivers are available for hard of hearing people who do not own telecoil-equipped hearing aids.

NOTE: The teleloop technology is based on electromagnetic transmission and has the unique advantage that the signal is received directly by the user's hearing aid when equipped with a T-coil (tele-magnetic pickup coil). A teleloop system consists of an amplifier and a loop (a single stranded hookup wire) that runs along the perimeter of the room. When the loop amplifier is fed a signal from a microphone or the house PA system, the sound is received wireless by the user's hearing aid without the need for an additional receiver as is required by all other technologies. Teleloop or induction loop receivers are available for hearing impaired people without hearing aids or without the T-coil feature.
