Induction silhouettes are the next best thing to Direct Audio Input (DAI). If you successfully use telecoils you will love these.

Place the thin (1/18") curved piece to sit over the ear between the hearing aid and head. Put your hearing aid into its telecoil mode. Place the plug end of the cable into the audio-out port of any TV, Stereo, walkman, Ipod, FM or Infra-red device that accepts a 1/8" (3.5 mm) plug. This cuts off the background noise and you hear wonderful.
