To: Make and Receive Calls

1. Place the loop around your neck.

2. Connect the 2.5 mm plug of the CLA7 into the your telephone’s 2.5 mm headset jack.

3. Switch your hearing aid to “T” or “MT” mode.

4. Press the “ON/OFF” button. The green light will turn on.

5. Use your telephone in a normal way (making and receiving calls). See the phone’s owner’s manual for instructions.

6. Since the CLA7 has a built in microphone, you will not need to hold the phone to your ear, but can use it in conjunction with a belt clip. Simply keep the phone in your pocket or placed on a flat surface.

7. During the call, you can adjust the volume of the CLA7 by using the volume control knob located on the bottom of the unit.

8. You can manually adjust the volume level on your phone also.

9. On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button. The green light will turn off. If you forget to turn “OFF” your CLA7 at the end of the call, it will automatically turn “OFF” after a few minutes of inactivity.

10. Reset your hearing aid if needed.
