This is an ultra-lightweight infrared stereo stethoset system that enables you to individually adaopt the volume of the TV sets, radios, and hi-fi systems to your hearing loss. The transmitter easily connects to most televisions and sends crystal-clear audio straight to your ears from a distance as much as 40 feet.

This includes a convenient automatic "on and off" feature. By simply pulling apart each headset "bow" when wearing it, the headset switches on. You can then adjust volume and balance directly on the headset. To enhance speech intelligibility while listening, you can select the compression option on the transmtter. When finished, remove the headset and it will turn off automatically.
