The ST50 is an amplified corded speakerphone that can digitally adjust volume levels so that hopefully you can comfortably and clearly hear the caller's voice.  It has flexible sound settings; incoming voices may be amplified up to 50dB and 52dB for full voice band and high frequencies.

For convenience, volume amplification settings are automatically saved for later recall. The large 7.4 square inch display allows you to  better read the screen, perhaps even from a distance.
