It is difficult for some people to understand a telephone conversation in noisy surroundings, especially for people wearing a hearing instrument, since background noise can create problems which the hearing instrument has difficulties solving.
TA80 is a small, portable telephone amplifier which ensures that the telephone conversation is sent directly to your hearing instrument without any background noise. The amplifier is conveniently placed on the telephone handset. All you have to do is switch your hearing aid to "T" Telecoil) position and you will be able to communicate in noisy surroundings (i.e. traffic noise and people talking) without difficulty.
