Vibes is simply placed under a pillow or mattress and then connected to your alarm clock. While it will not disturb others in your household, this model's vibrations are quite strong and may awake your sleeping partner. It is for use with clocks and signaling devices requiring 12 volts and a 3.5mm plug.
