We can have input cables
custom made to order. Tell us the type of plugs you need on the end of the cable.
Then we need to know if you will be using an auxiliary input or a microphone
input into your hearing device.
If you order a non-standard cable, they cannot
be resold or returned. So be sure you know what you are
getting.
To determine if you need attentuation
:Several companies have begun to make changes to
their equipment and accessories to become non- compatible with other
manufacturers. Typically, in the past, if they had a volume control on the
boots then line level EDC is what they would need. If there is no
volume control on the boots then you would need to obtain the levels from the
manufacturer to determine what level is required. Newer hearing aids with
boots, control the output digitally through the hearing aids and a line level
EDC will also work. THE RULE NOW IS, if you have any doubt please ask the
person you bought the boots from. We cannot afford to return these for a
refund.
